Did you leave and rejoin queue a few times before you were put into a game? We are aware that if you leave queue just as you're about to be connected to a game it can cause this to happen after that match you were about to be connected has finished.

Run out of ideas now except that it is an issue with the live game. As it doesn't seem to affect the TS, I am now hoping that the TS build will fix it when it goes live. This isn't the case. If a player is unbanned from the game after receiving a permanent ban it's after their account has been investigated by the Siege team first, there is no preferential treatment when it comes to a player being unbanned. The rules... Read more

I can see you have activated two step verification on this account you've contacted us on however it needs to be activated on the same account you're playing Siege on which doesn't appear to be this account.
