Sorry to hear you're encountering this. Please give the following steps a try if you haven't already done so:

o Use newest version of BattlEye -> Reinstalling the game will reinstall the latest version of BattlEye
o Whitelist BEService.exe, BEService_r6s.exe and BEService64.exe in firewall -> Files are located inside the BattlEye folder in the R6 installation folder and in this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye

Regarding Siege still running in task manager this is an issue we are aware of and it's under active investigation at the moment.

Hopefully that's fine but Imgur appears to be having issues with their website at the moment. I'll check back again later to see if the website is working but right now unfortunately it isn't loading anything for me
