I'm sorry to hear you've encountered this. A lobby being stuck in this manner should be a rare occurrence, unfortunately there's nothing we can do at Ubisoft Support to influence a stuck lobby when this does occur I'm afraid. However if you're noticing this happen... Read more

I've added the test server to your library now. If it's still missing and not available for download you might need to reboot Ubisoft Connect in order for it to appear.

Welcome to the forums. I'd be happy to check your match record to double check for any issues, can you let me know as accurately as possible when you finished this game? This can happen from time to time but it is almost always a visual bug and your MMR will have updated following a restart.
