So IT IS vulkan related issue, no problem with standard API.

I play on a laptop with an additionnal screen, and with vulkan it always put the second monitor default and can't detect/switch to my main monitor (laptop again). The only fix I found was window+shift+left arrow key to switch between screens but it's not perfect since it only work in fullscreen mode and apply a weird resolution. Another "fix" is to unplug hdmi link to my second monitor for it to finally detect the laptop screen.

Our team are currently investigating 2 issues -

- The voice chat system not working at all
- Voice chat works, however the name indicator is missing

Hello!

I merged your threads together as they're similar, and I can answer them both together

There is nothing with changing GameSettings.ini so not to worry! We sometimes suggest editing that manually ourselves, if players are unable to change their graphics in-game for example.

Regarding lowering your graphics settings further - I'm unable to answer this I'm afraid. As technical support, we can only suggest using the graphics settings available to you in-game; I'm unaware of other techniques to lower your graphics further than that.

You could try asking our General Discussions section however, as this is not a technical issue query

This is likely happening due to also owning Rainbow Six Siege in Steam, which linked to your Ubisoft account.

You should have 2 x Rainbow Six Siege showing in Ubisoft Connect, and one of those is the Steam version.

Try launching them both. Whichever works without Steam is the one you just bought

Hello! Just to clarify, were you disconnected and you were unable to reconnect to the ongoing match?

It is not possible for Rainbow Six Siege to understand whether a disconnection is intentional, as it could be used as a deliberate way to avoid a loss. For that reason, a loss and abandonment sanction will always be given.

When you purchase another edition of a game, you will gain access to the added benefits however there won't always be an extra download. By owning the deluxe edition, you should then have access to your new content and you shouldn't experience any issues.

It certainly sounds like it could have been a DDOS and we'll happily look into that for you. We don't have the ability to return MMR individually, however when a cheater is banned, the MMR is rolled back to those affected.

From what I've been able to find, this is a Windows bluescreen error. Is that correct?

Although this issue only occurs when launching Rainbow Six Siege, it is likely an issue with Windows itself and the Crimson Heist update is shedding light on that.
