Hey there @johnnygto67 , thanks for reaching out about this. I understand you tried to pick up a claymore mine, and found this to stop you being able to interact with the game, leading to being kicked for inactivity. That's most unfortunate - I'd really like to investigate this further.

If possible, can you go back to the Apollo Casino, and place a claymore mine in the same spot as before, and take a screenshot or another video clip? This will really help our teams to investigate this, as we'll be able to see more exactly what steps you'd performed to get stuck.

Thanks for clarifying that for us, @kckilla0494 - I understand remapping aim to L1 also seems to be stopped R2 from shooting. I've added that to our report, so we'll get it looked into.

Just in case our teams ask, can you tell me if you've rebound any other buttons at all? Or are the other controls all default?

We've not had any reports of this not working, as far as I can tell. Please note that your wife would need to have not already opened the game prior to your invite. The Quick Play option is for players seeking to get straight into an incursion with no setup, so we've kept difficulty choices to the full incursion setup options - instead, an incursion will be the default difficulty for each region. We've nothing to report in regards to plans to make any changes to this at the moment, but I've been sure to send across your feedback internally for us to have a closer look at this.

Hey there @icy-seal , welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear you've had your video settings revert to default each time you launch the game - that sounds most frustrating!

In most cases, this is resolving by running the game with administrator rights - this makes sure the game has the correct access to properly save your chosen video settings to you system, so it can retrieve them next time. Hey @blackstonemercy , thanks for that insight! That website is indeed another way to find our free trials, so I appreciate you pointing that out. They should also be found in the Ubisoft Connect launcher itself, under the 'Games' tab.
