Hey everyone,

I've gone ahead and merged a couple of threads together about this issue, so as to better keep track of it. I understand many of you have faced issues with not being able to fire your weapon, or interact with anything (including the extraction pad or subzone doors, forcing you to potentially quit out and go MIA). As we've mentioned, our teams are currently investigating this issue internally.

If you haven't already, can you answer our questions below? We'll then be passing on your responses on to our teams to help with the investigation.

  1. Which actions can you not perform? For example shoot, reload, melee, switch weapon, vault, interact with switches, and so on.
  2. Which incursion or map were you playing?
  3. Which platform are you on? For example, PS4, Xbox Series S, Steam, Epic?
  4. What difficulty? Was it moderate, cautious, several or critical?
  5. Were you playing solo or in multiplayer?

Hey there @daddydivinee , thanks very much for reaching out about this. My apologies for the confusion. When an agent is rendered MIA, they will lose experience, but you'll be able to recover that lost experience by successfully recovering the agent. If you fail to recover the agent, they'll lose 30% of the experience, and whatever XP they'd gained on the original incursion where they'd gone MIA.

You shouldn't lose REACT XP outright for getting disconnected, or if an agent goes MIA for any reason. Please let me know if that seems to be happening, as we'd like to investigate that in that case.

Can you clarify for me which gadget you are referring to? Twitch isn't in Extraction, so I wanted to double-check what ability you are using which seems not to be decloaking enemies.

Hey there @swampy469 , thanks for coming back to us. Just for a bit of background, the BE process is Battleye, which runs alongside the game. Either way, though, we wouldn't expect you to need to reconnect after alt-tabbing out so it's great that you've reported this to us.

It is most unusual to hear that Extraction and Siege have disappeared from your Ubisoft Connect library, after having played for a couple of days already.

You should certainly be able to choose between Dx and Vulkan. Please make sure your GPU drivers are fully updated, as some players have advised that this issue has been solved by updating drivers. Our team are looking into some issues with crashes, but I'm not sure quite where to put your report - it doesn't look like anything specific was happening when it crashed. In the clip you've sent across, I see you are in a squad. Is there a possibility your two squadmates might have been using stun grenades? I gather from your post that by menus, you are referring to the Ubisoft Connect overlay (the one opened with Shift+F2 while in-game) - is that correct?
