@meestokwabs Hey! Sorry to hear that you are encountering an issue with raid keys and final chests. Looking into this it seems that there was some other users who have encountered this issue.

They advised traveling back to the Base of Operations and then back to the key/chest locations that made them appear/open.

Can you try this and let us know if it works, please.

@mountainslayr Hey!

Thank you for reaching out about the Civic Centre cache bug. This is indeed a known issue and it does normally show in the box. However thank you for the image, this clearly shows that it is not appearing for you.

Have you tried getting the cache in a co-op session? Sometimes this triggers this content to show up.

Thank you for getting in touch about XP in The Division 2. Is your friend the one hosting the group? If so she will be getting extra XP.

The Division 2 scales up according to how many players there are in a mission. That means more enemies and, because you earn XP for any kill made by someone on your team, more XP. It's basically free XP for the party leader without them doing anything other than just teaming up with friends.

@mannstooka Thank you for your reply and sorry to hear that this issue is continuing.

One thing I did think about was maybe this is related to Shader Caching. Could you try turning this off and seeing if it helps?

Go to your NVIDIA control panel> Manage 3D Settings, turn off Shader Cache and hit Apply.

If that does not work could you do a clean driver install of your GPU drivers?

Hey! Sorry to hear that you are both experiencing this issue. Thank you for sharing your system specs and what you have tried so far to resolve this.

One thing I would like to ask for you to test is to clear your Windows temp files between the gaming sessions and seeing if that help.

  1. Press the Windows Button + R to open the "Run" dialog box.
  2. Enter this text: %temp%
  3. Click "OK." This will open your temp folder.
  4. Press Ctrl + A to select all.
  5. Press "Delete" on your keyboard and click "Yes" to confirm.
  6. All temporary files will now be deleted.


Please let us know if the lag continues after doing this.
