Welcome to the forums. I have seen similar reports from other users on the forums and they have advised the game was being blocked by Bitdefender. Here's how to fix it:

-Launch Bitdefender
-Click Settings
-Click exclusions
-Click add exclusions
-Add rainbowsix.exe

If you have Bitdefender please try the above steps. If you do not have Bitdefender or the issue persists please try the following:

Run the game with ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS.

Verify your game files.
It is possible that the installation of your game is faulty. To fix this, please verify your game files:

Welcome to the forums. I am afraid as your GPU is not supported as it does not support Vulkan, therefore you will not be able to access the technical test. If you need further help with anything else please let us know.

Welcome to the forums. Intel Graphics Chipsets do not support Vulkan and are not supported I am afraid.

Tried some of the tricks in the book, updated windows, nvidia drivers, run as administrator, uninstalled the game and downloaded a fresh copy, checked the game files integrity - still nothing.

Once launching the game in Uplay there's a small/continuous loading circle in the right side of the game launch window.
It stays in that status for long minutes, and the game fails to launch.

No error message whatsoever, therefore I don't know how to fix this.

Welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear of your connection issues and as a result you receiving a ban. I am afraid support are unable to removed these bans.

I would advise you follow the steps from the link below to troubleshoot your connection issues:

I am so sorry to hear of the experience that you have had with Rainbow Six: Siege to the point of making you no longer want to play. This is never a feeling we want our players to have and we really want you to be able to enjoy the game.

Welcome to the forums! I have seen other users who are having a similar issue at the moment being able to resolve this. Are you using Bitdefender?

If so you need to add R6Siege into the exception list of Advanced threat defense.

Open Bitdefender,
Click Protection tab on the left,
Click Manage exceptions,
Click Advanced Threat Defense,
Browse and add Rainbowsix.exe to te exceptions list.

If you are not using Bitdefender and need further support, please let us know.

Hi folks!

I have been contacted by the Hyper Scape team with a possible solution to this issue. If you are using custom graphics settings in the game please switch to a preset such as High, Medium, Low etc... and the crashing issue should stop.
