For account security purposes, we will need to proceed through private channels. While live chat support may not be available in your region while some teams are offline, you are always able to comment/update your support case and review previous communication.

Hi there @RAKANQAQ, just to check are the missing operators just MIA? It's possible that they were captured in a previous mission and you'll have to rescue them in-game in order to recover any XP gained with that operator.
