I can't help you figure out how to circumvent a permaban. Bans are added by Terms of Service for a reason and we won't offer support or advice on how to get around those bans.

Suspensions can vary depending on the account history and the activity that led to the action being taken. 

 

In many cases a suspension will last a week while a ban is permanent, but you should also receive an email with more information regarding any action taken on your account. Could you check out your email inbox (spam and junk folders too just incase) for an email from the address '[email protected]'

It has been showing up intermittently in the past couple of months, but doesn't seem to be consistently replicable. Did you get it as a once-off or does it reoccur for you?

I get that you are frustrated but accusing others if cheating is never acceptable on AHQ.

The ban might not be related to that. We wouldn't have that insight from the forums though. If you feel like there's been some mistake with the application of that ban and that you've never broken the rules, I'd suggest popping in an appeal to the Terms of Service team. They handle any bans or suspensions and can take a look into this for you.

I'm sorry, we won't know the specifics of your ban here on Answers HQ but the message you see in-game and/or the email you've received from ToS should help answer that for you.

 

If it's a temporary suspension you'll usually see the duration listed in the error message in-game and in the email received to let you know how long it would last. Typically if there is no duration called out in the in-game messaging or ToS email, it tends to be a permanent ban.

 

Could you check that message and email? Failing that, it would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform. They handle all bans and suspension related cases. Please check out this EA Help guide for guidance on how to do that: ...
