Thanks! Looking at the DxDiag you sent us it looks like you're using a ROG Gladius II. Do you currently have a specific software installed for that mouse? If so, I'm wondering if there might be an issue with the driver. Since it sounds like your sensitivity is changing constantly it may be something going on with the driver. 

 

When you're able can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the ROG mouse software to see if that helps at all?

Hey @DemolitionBois

 

Though the installation may say the game is "playable," you might run into some issues until it's fully installed because there may still be some key files missing. I would recommend waiting until the game finishes installing before you try to launch it. If you're still having trouble starting up the game after the installation finishes up please let me know.

Hi @Balentinezz

 

How is your PlayStation currently connected to the internet? Are you using wifi, or is it connected with a network cable? If you're using wifi, I'd definitely suggest trying a network cable instead if possible. That way we can eliminate any sort of potential wifi interference as a possible cause of the connection issues.

Thanks for giving it a shot. It looks like this is actually an issue that the Apex Legends team has been investigating and working on getting fixed. In the meantime there is a workaround that might help: 

 

Select your Legend, then alt-tab the game until everyone is in the dropship. You should then be able to bring up Apex Legends again and play as normal. Thanks for being patient with us while this is under investigation.

Losing connection like that can be pretty rough. Have you had a chance to try any sort of troubleshooting at all? I'd recommend starting up with the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website

Hi, the skydive animations should be automatically applied to the character. At level 54 you should have Gibraltar and Wattson's emotes, and when you drop as therem there should be a small prompt at the bottom of the screen with your system's command to use the emote. Is this missing?

Did this just recently start happening? Were you able to play before now without any issues at all? Were you able to try running through any sort of troubleshooting on your side since it started happening?

Hey @jlbittx5

 

Are you trying to play from your base? If so, there may be a firewall or other security measure that's causing some issues with the connection to the servers closer to you. I'm not sure how much  access you have to your network hardware, but if possible I'd recommend checking to make sure you've got all the necessary ports open.

@Te3H That's interesting, I do see a flag saying an email went out a bit under 2 weeks ago. If you keep spam/trash mails that long, can you check if that came through?
