Hi @Envy_SSaint,

If you still haven't received an heirloom I'm afraid it means you haven't opened enough packs to get an heirloom. I can really only recommend to keep an eye out when you open packs, since when you do hit that 500 pack threshold it will automatically give you one of the heirloom items.

Possibly using alternate DNS servers could help. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". Hi @Rise_of_the_Box,

As an update on this, there is a workaround that can help in some cases when the game is crashing after Legend select.

If you Alt-Tab the game after select your Legend and wait until everyone is in the drop ship, you should be good to refocus the Apex Legends window afterward and play the round.

Hey, in such cases the items are always delivered from what I've seen. 

The pack which came with the Wattson Quip also contained the Oceanic Skin for the Havoc, and Yellowjacket for the R99. If you check theses, can you confirm they don't have the red marks?

Much appreciated!

Looking through the DxDiag I noticed that you have several storage devices connected to your PC. Do you have Apex Legends installed on the same drive as the Origin client itself? If not, can you try moving it to that storage device to see if it helps at all? Sometimes issues like this can happen if the game and the Origin client are installed on different drives.

Let me now how that goes when you can.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

You may want to check that your TV is in "Game Mode", this will have a very noticeable effect on the perceived input lag, potentially around 70-100ms.

Do you have a lot of people on your friends list in Origin? Do you have anyone with a Russian name? We've had some issues like this come up that seem to be related to the friends list, so I just wanted to double-check.

Got it, thanks! I've seen some suggestions from other players who have run into similar issues with AMD FX series CPUs. When you've got a chance I'd recommend trying the steps that other players have suggested over at this thread:

Thanks for giving it a shot for me. I'd like to also try updating the DNS settings on your PS4 to see if that helps as well. We can try Google's public DNS to see how that goes. To update the DNS follow the steps below: 

 

1. Go to your PS4 Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection. Select either wifi or LAN cable depending on what type of connection you're using. 

2. After you select the connection type choose IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)

3. Set the Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8, and set the Secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4
