Reached out via chat to see if you've got a clip. Goes without saying, but discrimination and harassment are both valid report reasons in Apex. Reporting in-game is preferred as we get additional match info that way, but in the case of verbal abuse a clip can be helpful so that the team can review and take appropriate action if applicable.

You can send up to 3 disputes to the Terms of Service team and they will review each dispute individually and take into consideration everything you've said on the dispute when reviewing your account. Just to clarify - the graphic does not show every item included. We have not removed Reactive Skins. One Reactive or Reactive Variant will be available in the Premium track of each Battle Pass.

It's not possible to merge progress between two different Xbox & EA accounts. Since you have more progress in one account in Apex but for other games, you use a different account, you will need to continue using the two accounts to keep the progress. Unlinking the accounts to then link to the EA account you want to use, would cause you to lose progress in your games, so that wouldn't be an option for you here. Knowing that, probably the best option is to keep both of your Xbox profiles in your console and just switch between them when needed.
