Sent msg to them, even sent the screenshot about you sending out a "make good" and the response was "thank you, I understand you want to make good with Apex". *facepalm*

Are you using a Chrome browser? If not, try that. It might be good to be in incognito mode as well. If you're using a mobile device, switch the browser to use desktop mode.
You should be able to open a case at the link I provided. Choose your game and platform. Then, select missing content. That should let you open a case with an advisor.
This game includes optional in-game purchases of virtual currency that can be used to acquire virtual in-game items, including a random selection of virtual in-game items.

You start just filtering it for feelings and problems, and stop taking things personally and focusing on the problem they are trying to point out. It would be less mentally and emotionally exhausting if it was a bit more empathically written, I'm still human.
