The quickTofu gamertag appears to be the one with the progress, including level 400+ and Battle Passes through season 6 as well as logins a couple years more recent than the other Xbox account. Mako.png

The instructions in the link above walk you through the process of creating an appeal to have our Terms of Service team look into the situation further.

 

Resetting your password is a good first step if you suspect someone else may have had access to the account, but you'll need to follow the full steps listed above if you'd like to appeal this action.

 

The ban history does not display all types of account actions, so please be sure to keep following the steps under the How do I appeal my lock, ban, or suspension? section in the link above to actually create an appeal.

Hey @hakward002,

 

Thanks for asking this. It's always good to clarify any of the ranked rewards questions before the season ends to avoid any confusion with the rewards received. 

 

Here are a couple of scenarios that should clarify this:

 

  • If you hit Predator but fell out of it (due to losses or not playing) you would end with Master Rewards
  • If you hit Predator and end either split in Predator, you get those rewards (static for one split, animated for both splits)
  • If you hit Master and fell down to Diamond, then only hit Bronze in Split 2, you would get the Master static badge

This means then that you will only get the Predator rewards if you end one ...
