I'm sorry to hear that happens @KMDavis73075 but there's no known issues happening for the majority of people using it, and as clearing your cache and cookies is resolving it for a few visits, it can only suggest you are picking up some cookies somewhere that is the cause.

If you're trying to launch the game through Steam, this error message is usually an indicator that you're starting the game with an account that isn't the one used for the initial activation of the Steam license of the game. To resolve this, you'd have to log out of Ubisoft Connect and then log back in with the correct account.

In Rainbow Six Siege Crossplay is only between Consoles. PC players will not be able to join Console lobbies or vice versa. Apologies for the inconvenience!
