The issue of players being signed out for inactivity mid-game is also known and being looked into @Cavendar-ECO .

Performing some browser troubleshooting steps should help with your Help Site issues in the meantime though.

I'm sorry you've been running into these lagging issues and disconnects for so long. I'm not able to remove or alter the ban but this is something we're investigating, and I'd like to collect a bit more information from you to help with the investigation.

  • Are you seeing any error codes or is 4-0xFFF0BE25 the only one?
  • Who is your Internet Service Provider?
  • Are you playing via Ethernet or Wi-fi?
  • Is this happening after every game after your first one or only some of them?

This is likely what's causing the issue then @Wild88WolF,

If the Steam, Ubisoft Connect, and actual location do not match, this typically causes payments to fail. My apologies for the inconvenience and frustration of this and let me know if you have any other questions.

The problem with adding something to prevent people from getting banned from a game crash or internet connection drop out, would be that people could force that to happen to get out of losing games and have no penalty, so opens it up for abuse.

Yeah, that could be affecting it as well as the time of day that you are generally playing. If unranked is finding games quickly for you, then I would suggest using that mostly for practice to be able to help climb the ranks and get a higher placement.
