Hey there @ImAkyy! Generally when it comes to payments for any of our services, you're going to be limited to whatever currency matches the region you're physically in. Trying to use anything else should result in an error message.

Hi @krasorias! You can try learning some maps through the Lone Wolf mode which should allow you to play solo, but otherwise you are indeed limited to custom games or playing normal matches. Sorry about that!

Are you able to solo queue for ranked and unranked? If so, could you try completing one game in ranked mode to see if you are able to queue with your friends after that?

I'm very sorry to hear you ended up with a ban. If you feel that your ban was not deserved, you will need to reach out to the support team directly through an email case here. Make sure you fill in the correct info in all the drop-down boxes, then scroll down the page until you see a text box where you can type a summary of your issue. Fill that in with your username, the date that you were banned, and the reason that was listed in the email notifying you of the ban.

Great question, when you launch the game from Steam it will open Ubisoft Connect and launch through there, you cannot launch the game without Ubisoft Connect.

We have an investigation and thread open regarding reports of Ubisoft Connect marking players as 'inactive' incorrectly.
This is still being investigated at the moment, with no current updates.
Do the graphic issues always accompany this inactivity issue or does it happen on it's own too?
