Hey there guys and welcome to the Ubisoft Discussions!

I understand your friends appear as offline on the Ubisoft Connect launcher, and your invites display as expired. To attempt to resolve this issue, I recommend completing the following steps:

  • Ubisoft Connect connectivity troubleshooting steps.
  • Clearing the Ubisoft Connect Cache.
  • Closing Ubisoft Connect directly via your task manager.


This last step has also proven to work for most players in your situation!

Hey there @Tembik. and welcome to the Ubisoft Discussions!

As you may have noticed, the Welcome Pack is currently not available on Steam. That being said, you can buy it from the Ubisoft Store instead, it should activate on your Ubisoft account, as long as it is the same Ubisoft account linked to your Steam account!
