Have you been able to reproduce this issue more than once in-game by following the same steps?

Before I report this to our Siege team, do you happen to have any match replay clip you can send us of this happening in-game?

If you are using a Windows 10/11 PC, you should be able to record a clip using the free Xbox Gamebar overlay that may be already installed on your PC >

Hello @Honkhonk780 the crossplay between Xbox and PlayStation players is not available until Year 7 Season 2, as it was initially delayed. So you should be able to play with a friend later on in the year, when this feature is enabled.

Hello @Monkey-Spank, sorry to hear you have encountered this issue a few times now when launching the game.

We do not have a permanent fix for this issue, the skins reset because of a corrupted save file on your computer, but we recommend following our guide on this topic to resolve this issue temporarily > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000061964

We had some server degradation on multiple servers that would have affected Siege in the last 24 hours, this was resolved today 12th August at 09:45:00 UTC/GMT

As for the rubber banding, do you notice that your ping or FPS changes drastically at these times?
