We are experiencing a high volume of contacts at this time, but are working to reply to everyone as soon as possible. Just a note though that you need to play/launch Rainbow Six Siege for a few hours before the reward will unlock on the account. Owning both is needed but so is launching/playing the game for a bit of time. Thanks!

Hey @DmanStinger, I am sorry to hear this. Do you notice the same behavior if restarting The Division 2 to see if the receiver components have registered after trying this? If you see the same situation after doing this, could you share a video clip of the receiver components being contributed and not updating the progression of the Weekly SHD Requisition project so we can share this with the team?

Hey everyone! Sorry for the troubles that you have been running into earlier. Please know that some of the concerns that have been pointed out have been looked into by the team and addressed in our maintenance notes recently. You may still experience some crashes traveling between New York and DC, however, in the maintenance notes, there is a workaround that can remedy this behavior. If you have any continued issues you come across, please don't hesitate to keep up so we can gather this back to the team if needed. I understand these issues have been a headache to deal with, but we truly appreciate you bearing with us as we look into these matters.
