Hey everyone,

Looking over your posts, I can see that whilst your issues may be similar, they look to be different from this initial post.

To clarify, the following crashes caused via the map that are currently under investigation:

  • Hover the mouse over on the map Manhunt icon near Countdown causes the game to crash
  • Fast traveling from N.Y back to D.C will crash the game if any Global Directive is active


If you're encountering other issues related to crashing when viewing the map, I would encourage you to contact our support website for further assistance.

Thank you for your report. To solve this issue, could you please try disabling the Global Directives and then fast travel back to DC?

Hey @IEATUOMOMOM You can unlock abilities in the specialisation tree using Specialisation Points, awarded for completing invaded missions, Daily Priority missions, Priority Network bounties and Weekly Projects. You can also earn them by levelling up your Field Proficiency.

It sounds like you have already completed a decent amount of troubleshooting already and your system clearly meets requirements so we should be able to sort this out. Also, I appreciate you taking the time to do all of that troubleshooting in advance🔥I have a few more things I would like to suggest for good measure:

  • Clear the contents of the ownership file
    1. Navigate to the following default directory >> C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership
    2. Delete all files located in the ownership folder
