Hey @Gabriel-Knight this is probably because you reported the bug in the general discussion category instead of player support. I took the liberty of merging these threads since they are about the same issue, and then I moved the mega-thread to the correct category so that we can follow up on this issue as needed.

  • Do you have a stable internet connection whilst playing the game?
  • What did you do in-game prior to the issue happening?
  • What graphical preset and resolution are you playing on?
  • If you are using Nvidia as your GPU, do you have certain features enabled/disabled in Nvidia GeForce Experience or Nvidia Control Panel such as DSR Factor, Image Scaling, etc? Can you provide a screenshot regarding this? Same question applies if...

  • Does this issue occur for you in every countdown attempt?
  • Does the issue ever occur on other game modes too?
