We're sorry to see you're having some trouble with split screen as well.

Can I have you make sure that your controller firmware is up to date for me? I'd also like to have you try remapping the controls on the controller. You can change something random and then set it back to default or to the way you had it. Keep me updated on this, please!

Thank you for trying out the file verification @MrTiebe!

Give this a try for me, start the game with the PS4 controller disconnected and get the split-screen gameplay set up first then connect the controller. Let me know if that allows you to get the controller used on a separate player-screen!

Thanks for reaching out, I've removed your Case ID for privacy reasons, but can see your case has already been escalated to the game team for further investigation.

When we have an update from them in regards to this, we'll be back in touch via your case.

We'd also suggest any other players you know to be having issues to also provide us with their system files as you have done. The team can also look into if this is Intel ARC specific.
