Could you please try to uninstall the game and reinstall it on another Storage Space device, if possible?
Please make sure that the format of that other space device is NTFS.

As a first step towards the resolution of the issue, and for testing purposes, I would recommend uninstalling all the mods you could have to avoid any conflict with the game itself.
