We're investigating an issue where the Y5S1 Battle Pass community challenge still appears via the Uplay overlay on PC.

You mentioned this is blocking other rewards. Are you not able to collect these by pressing the "Collect All" button?

To correct this situation, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

Please, navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher cache folder, by default located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache

Do note, that the Uplay client must be fully shut down at this point and not running in the background.

Open the cache folder and move the "ownership" folder to a safe location.

I am sorry to hear you having issues with finding games on East Asia servers. It is not possible to manually change the data center you are connected to on Xbox.

Sorry to hear you are losing sound in-game. Thanks for the videos.

To help us investigate, please answer the following questions:

- Please describe the audio issue you are having. (Example: Muffled gun audio, missing footsteps/gun audio, reverse audio)
- Does it happen on specific maps? What maps have you noticed these audio issues on?
- Do you use WiFi or LAN connection?
- Did you notice the issue only on the replay cam playback? Live in game? Or both in game and on the replay cam?
- What happened prior to the audio issue occurring? (Did you equip a certain weapon? Did you walk a certain way? Clips are helpful!)
- Can you describe your audio set-up? (Plugged in the monitor, plugged in the controller, using a home cinema system, set of speakers, etc)

Just to confirm the issue, was the issue that the progression was not being counted and it didn't complete?, That you completed the challenge, but pressing the button didn't work? or you pressed the button, it showed as redeemed but didn't get the item in-game?

I deleted the game from the EGS and installed it in Uplay and its start working!
