Hello there @danielvella20, thanks for getting in touch about the statistics you see in Ubisoft Connect.

There can sometimes be up to a 24 hour delay for game statistics to update on the launcher, as the game needs to synchronize your progress with our launcher and servers.

This delay can sometimes also affect your Ubisoft Connect challenges/achievements.

There could be a number of things causing the game to crash for you, we do have a few players that have mentioned the game stuttering and freezing, but I have yet to see that Task Manager must be used to close his.

Please follow the general troubleshooting steps given by Ubi Chiral above, as they contain the most common fixes for game crashes and will help rule out a few possible causes.

Can you please tell us what exact system/platform you are playing on please? PS4/PS5?

We are unable to unlock trophies or achievements for you directly, as we do not have this ability and can not access any PlayStation/Microsoft tools that will allow us to do this on their platform, but we can document this issue and pass your player name along to the Siege teams investigation, to note you are one of the players affected, once we know your platform.

In the meantime, you may also wish to contact Sony via their website to see if they can help in any way.

Hello everyone, thanks for getting in touch with us about your sync issues with trophies/achievements on console.

I can confirm that we are unable to unlock trophies or achievements for you directly, we do not have this ability and can not access any PlayStation/Microsoft tools that will allow us to do this on their platform, so what we can advise you to try and fix this is somewhat limited.

Here are a few steps that helped other players with trophy/achievement issues in the past in some of our other titles >>

• It may be that you have not unlocked all of the conditions for the achievement/trophy as there is an additional hidden objective (mostly affects collectible trophies) so we would suggest looking up a trophy/achievement walkthrough for that console online

When a case is escalated to our game teams (this can include appeal requests for permanent bans) it may take us some time to fully investigate your account and game detail til we have a conclusion.

When you play on quick match, which servers do you play on when you notice a change in your frame rate?

Usually players will connect to 1 of 3 different servers in-game by default, unless they have changed their datacentre settings in their config file, to connect to a specific server.

In order for us to double check if this is intended or is indeed a bug with customization, are you able to link us to a short 1-minute video clip of this issue?

If you are using a Windows 10/11 PC, you should be able to record a clip using the free Xbox Gamebar overlay that may be already installed on your PC >

Hello @earclimax3id, thanks for getting back to us.

Unfortunately after looking into this, it appears that Ubisoft SUpport and players alike, are unable to reset stats and playtime in the Ubisoft Connect launcher manually. I will however pass on your suggestion as a desired feature to be added to the launcher in the future.
