Hey there @JuergenKing - sorry to hear you are facing issues getting Anno 1800 started up. I can see our teams are continuing to investigate this issue.

In the meantime, a majority of players facing this issue have been able to solve it already by following the steps in our troubleshooting guide. I understand you've been able to get the game to launch by deactivating a background program, which is something we recommend doing in our troubleshooting guide, so I'm glad to hear this has resolved the issue. Thanks for your continued reports of this issue! I've gone ahead and moved the thread back to our Player Support section, and I've updated my previous internal report with all the further information and data you've all provided. I can't pretend to fully comprehend the issue myself - I haven't played Anno to this sort of level - but I'm very sure our teams working on this game specifically are following the discussion just fine. Hey @AORUS2017 , thanks for coming back to us with this video! I've had a look around, and I can't find any reports of issues with this drinking game, so I'm glad you've brought this up.

I'm not sure the challenge is bugged, but it certainly seems difficult. I haven't got this far in the game myself yet. Rather than rebinding the key, would you temporarily be able to switch to a gamepad to make hitting the prompts with gamepad buttons a little faster than pressing the space key?
