The missing file appears to be from Windows 7's Media Feature Pack, which is in all Windows 7 editions, apart from a small amount of exceptions.

Can you please confirm your exact Windows version? For example, Windows 7 N.

Can you please confirm if your save files go to the default save location, or do you save them on an external drive / online storage?

Hello! Sorry to read you're facing crashing issues.

Just to make sure I understand correctly, do the crashes only occur when streaming?

For the sake of narrowing down the issue, can you please try selecting another video encoder option to see if that stops the crashes?

We had a similar report of this in 2019, however we were unable to reproduce the issue ourselves in a testing environment.

Hello everyone! Sorry to read you're facing an issue with your FPS, I will help in any way I can.

Can everyone please list their full specs, so I can get an idea of everyone's setup? The following information should be all I need -

- CPU
- Graphics card (GPU)
- RAM (speed & size)
- Monitor's capable resolution & refresh rate
- Targeted resolution & refresh rate
- Graphics preset / settings (an image may be the easiest way to present this)

I appreciate I'm asking a lot of information. Perhaps this will help us find the cause of your problem, and help our dev team to investigate.

A video of the issue would also be useful however I understand you've all found a workaround. No need to provide this if it is too much trouble.
