It seems clear to me that this will need to be investigated. I'd first like to offer a troubleshooting step and if that doesn't work, gather more details.

If the issue remains -

- Have you noticed a pattern as to when you experience issues? For example, Jamiechi mentioned it seems to happen when the menus appear
- How often do you notice the issue?
- Have you all noticed if the map pans slightly, as GrandmaYetta described, when the mouse click does not work?

Hey there Nicholas_Steel,

As Brumiros has already noted, this is not a bug rather an effect of the snipping tool.

Instead I would advise using the Screenshot facility within Ubisoft Connect.

You can check your Ubisoft Connect Settings under Other to check the keybinds and save folder.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have an ETA for the fix, that's why we have not communicated a date yet.

@Pine_RS: No worries. The issue with "unlocked but locked" to our knowledge only affects the "rewards" in Ubisoft Connect, which were supposed to be unlocked for everyone with the switch from Uplay to Ubisoft Connect. These items:

Hey there, going by your description and the thread you linked this is all happening on old savegames?
To my knowledge, the issue should be fixed since GU 4 in July last year and I haven't seen any recent reports about it. Unfortunately, it's not always possible to apply fixes to existing savegames.
Apologies if this is causing you frustration.

Feel free to send me your affected savegame so our devs can have another look and check if there's another way to retroactively fix the problem.

If you started a savegame after this date and encounter this issue, let us know and please also provide a savegame for investigation.
