The person who answered me said on 21st june that the they are working on the case, but it shows closed to me

Casenumber is 08944929. I don't see how a video of me showing how I can't find alpacas, would be any help. And since the game itself doesn't have a 'create video' feature, it's quite a hassle to do. I would have included screenshots if that would help, but again a screenshot showing no alpaca isn't much good I think. I hope the savegame helps.
