Just an update that I've gone ahead and merged these two threads into one since everyone was experiencing the same issue with the Building Skin blocking part of the menu/UI. I'm sorry that you are not seeing the game available after making your purchase! Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the game to show up on your account. Also, I would suggest double checking your confirmation email for the product that you purchased as it's possible a DLC or Season Pass was purchased, but not the full game. Our teams have indeed advised that this is intended behaviour. They've pointed out to me that moving oil wells around into such an arrangement is only possible via a research institute, so it's not really a base-game situation, and therefore the high bonus is justified.
I'll be keen to hear any further thoughts on this!

Sorry to see you're finding some frustration with the default controls of the game.
I'm not really able to suggest any specific mods, but there is a feature in the game by default that will allow you to save specific spots on the map and return to them with a single button press. Not exactly what you're asking for, but it may help alleviate some frustration!
To do this you will be using F5 - F10. If you hold Ctrl and hit one of those buttons it will "Save" the position where your camera is. Later if you just hit the F# button...

As I mentioned earlier, it can be provided via a link after it's been uploaded externally, or you could also attach it to a support-ticket, if you prefer a private channel (msinfo and dxdiag would also be doable via the private channels - not recommended in public, as they contain personal information).

The amount of residents also depends on the panorama level, so I'd have to take a look at screenshots of your layout to confirm if something's not as it should be. I also took a look at our data and couldn't find any requirement of shampoo for bonus residents. Another screenshot of that would also help determine what's going on.

Are you by any chance using any mods currently? Installing mods can have some unintended changes with the regular game functions. If you're not using any mods, could you please upload your affected save file externally and provide us with a link here? We'll open a new report with the development team, once we've received it.
