Hey again @Xebaxtian93 !

The development team would like to take a closer look at this issue. Would it be possible to provide us with your save file that's affected?
Simply uploading it to a free provider and sharing the link would do fine.

They also suggested checking if the issue persists upon restarting the game, as this could not be reproduced when testing the scenario internally. It would also help if you would let us know if you're using any mods on your game.

Can I ask how long on average are you waiting for the loading to complete and are you able to provide a video clip showing the wait?

If you visit another island and interact with it, then come back, does the airship delay stop occurring?

Hello @fluffycat2021 thank you for getting in touch with us. I can confirm the missing Trade Union building in the Eden Burning scenario was reported to us previously and is still under investigation. I will let our Anno QA team know that this issue has also affected you.
