I'm sorry to hear you're running into these graphical issues suddenly.

Since you've already reinstalled it, try clearing your Ubisoft Connect cache for me. If they're still weird, can you grab me a screenshot to better help me investigate?

That is certainly odd and shouldn't be happening.

  • Do you remember when you were able to place those illegally or have you always been able to?


  • Just to confirm, you were originally able to place them like that, and does this happen whether or not you rotate them?


  • Do they still function normally?


Also, can you grab me a copy of one of your affected save files?

I totally understand how getting hung up due to having only the one cart to work with could be absolutely frustrating. I'm really sorry for that.

Thank you for this feedback @Xoulous I apologize we are unable to give discounts for content that you already own.

If your store tab remains empty, this could be an issue if you use another operating system other than Windows 10 or 11.

This may also be empty if you own the game through Steam or Epic.

If the store tab remains empty, I recommend deleting your temporary internet cache files in Ubisoft Connect to see if this will fix the connection >

If you have just purchased the Season Pass it could take up to 24 hours to appear in your game.

Can you please wait this length of time, and if after you still do not have access, could you provide an image showing >

  1. The DLC activated in your launcher
  2. The DLC missing or greyed out in your main menu

Hey @jho728 ,

Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear you're also having issues.

Could you please try disabling your integrated graphics in Device Manager?

This is done by opening Device Manager > Clicking on your Intel UHD Graphics > Click Disable.

With it disabled, this should stop it being detected all together.

Please let us know if this then allows you to use your RTX card in-game!

As the game was bought from fanatical some time ago, unfortunately, your best bet would likely be to re-purchase and make sure the version has your preferred language before you purchase again. As for adding English text, I'm not able to speculate on that and would advise keeping an eye on our Discussions for any future potential updates. I know these aren't ideal answers or the ones you were hoping for and I'm really sorry about that.
