Did you manage to resolve the issue with crashing by checking your ram, or did you see some kind of error message that referenced your ram, if so, are you able to screenshot this and pop it in the forum thread so we can take a look, if you are still encountering these issues?
Sometimes if you are having an issue with memory it can be either not enough physical ram or not enough virtual ram. You can adjust your Windows virtual ram (pagefile) by doing the following which may help any ram related issues >>
-Press the Windows key and R to bring up the Run toolbox
-Type sysdm.cpl and press enter
-Select the Advanced tab
-Select Performance Settings
-Select Advanced again
-Select the Custom Size check box
-Adjust your page size to a higher number for the drive your game/game launcher uses - set a number for the Initial size then times this by x3 for the maximum size
