If you want to split up your EA accounts from his, connected accounts needs to be unlinked and that carries risks. His account could be impacted by the unlinking. I'll share some EA Help guides for more information on this and if you'd like to discuss those options further, get in touch with the support team directly. They'll examine the accounts and let you know what can be done and the impact it will have for all involved after getting both account holders permissions.

I'm sorry, you're on the community boards; Answers HQ. We can't assist with account bans here but our Terms of Service team can take a look into the ban for you if you think there's been a mix-up with the ban (i.e. the rules weren't broken). Send in an appeal for the ban you'd like them to investigate for you.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel like you've been banned unfairly, but this unfortunately isn't something we can help with here on the forums. Our terms of service team are the only ones able to look into account bans, and as they've decided to uphold the ban despite numerous appeals I'm afraid there's nothing else I can recommend.
