Apex Legends doesn't support cross progression, so your two accounts (even if linked) will separate, and progress won't carry over between them. Unfortunately there's nothing we can really do right now to change that.

Hey @TheRumbling77 know it's a joke. Ut please keep in mind that manyay not take it that way and when the term is being used to billy and attack a minority using it to joke isn't something we allow.

Sorry to say @Gayliciously but if our TOS team has declined your appeals then there is nothing that anyone can do to change this. 

 

After a certain number of denied appeals our TOS team will not consider any more.

Unfortunately there's no cross-progression in Apex Legends, so if you're starting on a new platform you'll have to start from fresh there.

If they are continually telling you no, it should mean that can't verify the validity of your claim. In that case, they are not going to change their answer. We cannot help with missing content through Answers HQ.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer progress between platforms in Apex Legends. If you play Apex Legends on Xbox and PlayStation, your progress won’t carry over between the two platforms.

If you want to split up your EA accounts from his, connected accounts needs to be unlinked and that carries risks. His account could be impacted by the unlinking. I'll share some EA Help guides for more information on this and if you'd like to discuss those options further, get in touch with the support team directly. They'll examine the accounts and let you know what can be done and the impact it will have for all involved after getting both account holders permissions.
