When you agree to the Terms of Service and then break those rules, your account is subject to being sanctioned. Toxic behavior especially is something that will easily get you banned. Normally, there's a warning the first time in the form of a temporary ban. If the same behavior continues, it's possible the next ban will be permanent.

 

We cannot help with this. Only ToS can lift the ban and if there have been 3 disputes already, there is nothing else that can be done. The ban will not be overturned in that case.

You can always try reaching out again, but I'm afraid that they're the only team able to investigate bans. If they decide that the ban is final, then I'm afraid there's nothing more I can recommend.

Hi @samhi11 To confirm your Xbox account can be connected to the EA account you also use for PC games with EA. 

 

If you believe it was linked to the incorrect account I would recommend reaching out to our support to further look at your account.

Since you're starting over, whatever you purchase now should be fine. It just won't transfer if you unlink and link to a different account.

You should still be able to use the battle pass as long as it was purchased after you linked the account. You'll just be starting over.

That would be why this happened then. You'll need to link your PSN ID back to the original account to get everything back, but there is a 6 month wait between linking to a different account again. More information on that can be found here

If you unlink a Steam account and link it somewhere else, you can relink it back to its original EA account again. I know that there's a six-month wait before you can unlink an account again, so it might be worth reaching out to our live support team if you need help with that:
