To confirm do you see that nickname in the Steam or EA app clients? If not do you see it in the game at all?
If not, I'm not sure what stat your friend showed that contained that name do you possibly have a screenshot you can share?

Apologies but to confirm are you wanting an update on a potential email you recieved about a report you made?
If so, as mentioned above we are unable to assist with reports here on Answers HQ, so we would not have additional information or details to share with you.
As I last mentioned, if you come across someone breaking our User Agreement or fair play rules please report them and the appropriate team can investigate.
