Thanks for reaching out about this. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

My current assumption is that the "you'll not end up in rookie tier" line was a mistake and a change got made. I've seen lots of folks with high tier in earlier seasons wind up in Rookie, it seemed to only check Season 12, if you were in bronze at the end you got put in Rookie.

Ah. Can I check your profile is set up to make purchases on that Switch? Are you able to buy things normally from the e-shop?

Are you saying the shop doesn't appear in-game? Do you have an image of what appears?

Testing myself just now I was able to click the coin options in-game and was redirected to buy the coins from the eshop.

Thanks for sharing your experience with everyone on the forums. When it comes to an account this is banned we are unable to offer information or support in regards to the BAN or disputing it. 

 

If your BAN is for a set time, we may need to wait till the time is over in order to gain access back, however, to get further information on a BAN I would recommend checking out our links below.
