I really couldn't say for sure whether cross-progression would affect that type of situation.

In this case it may be better to hold off until we have more info to share if that's the deciding factor here, as we just don't have those details at this point. Mako.png

Afraid we don't have any other news about cross-progression to share yet, sorry.

 

We're looking to release this sometime later this year, and once we get closer to that point I'm sure we'll have more details to share.

I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned or be able to overturn it from the forums. Could you check the in-game message and email?

 

  • In-game message: For a specific game ban, like with Apex, there will be a message that crops up when you try to log into the game. 
  • Emails from '[email protected]': Terms of Service will notify you through email when a ban or suspensions been added with some context as to why a ban was added.

Sorry to hear that. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has be used by someone else, in this case your brother, and that they broke the rules while on there, leaving you with the ban. That does suck. A ban in that scenario isn't a false one though, it's correctly applied. You see, you're responsible for the activity on your account:

Yes to both.

Steam has its own APEX client, just make sure they are all connected to same EA Account and they will have cross progresses.

ToS agents are not available on Answers HQ, by phone, or chat. Once 3 reviews have been performed and they have found no evidence the ban was issued in error, it will not be lifted.

So, something to be aware of; hacking is where people exploit a computer system or a private network inside a computer in order to break into an account. From what you've shared in your post, this wasn't what happened at all. You mentioned you accidentally shared your login information with the internet while streaming and someone took full advantage of that lapse. I moved your thread to the Apex Legends forums. It was posted under the Madden series. 

 

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. This decision is up to ToS and if you've already used up all your disputes, there's nothing else that can be done. When a dispute is submitted, ToS will perform a thorough investigation and overturn the ban if they find evidence the action taken on the account was in error. After 3 investigations, if they are not lifting the ban, it means none of that evidence was found.
