Unfortunately, this isn't something we can help with through Answers HQ. I see Terms of Service already performed 3 investigations and are declining to overturn the ban. I'm sorry to say, but that means the ban will need to remain in place.

If you believe the ban you received was added by mistake and no rules were broken, then popping in an appeal to the Terms of Service team was the correct thing to do. They look into it and will lift the ban if the investigation confirms no rules were broken. Keep an eye on your email, they'll reach out to you from the address: "[email protected]".

Hey @FERRETGOD67 To confirm if you are trying to move progress from one Xbox account (the suspended one) to a newly created account, this would not be possible. Progress made on an account and on the platform you play on does not have to option to be transfered.

Sorry to hear it. We'll continue troubleshooting. Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
