It's possible you're not logging in with the right email address. That's one of the main reasons this happens. It could be a different email than the one your PSN ID/Xbox gamertag is on. Something else you can do is change the password on your account at www.origin.com. Another reason this happens is if you've tried to log in too many times. I took a look at your case and can see that it is being worked on, the best thing to do is to give the team a little more time.
I know it's frustrating but the best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for any message from the team.

I'm afraid that it's not possible to transfer progress between accounts. The progress on that particular account cannot be moved over to another.

Once the information has been sent, then you'l receive a reply from our ToS team when they were able to review your dispute. When you'll receive a reply depends on when they'll be able to get to your dispute, all I can ask is for your patience.
