It's possible you're not logging in with the right email address. That's one of the main reasons this happens. It could be a different email than the one your PSN ID/Xbox gamertag is on. Something else you can do is change the password on your account at www.origin.com. Another reason this happens is if you've tried to log in too many times. Hey @Krampus_ii sorry to see that you are having issues.

 

I took a look at your case and can see that it is being worked on, the best thing to do is to give the team a little more time.

 

I know it's frustrating but the best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for any message from the team.

@MasterKilerAK Unfortunately there isn't any player-side workaround and we don't have an ETA on this yet, but hopefully it won't be long yet. I have it too, so I appreciate how grating this is.

As long as you link your Steam account with the same EA Account you've been using to play the game in Origin your progress will still be there.

That means there isn't any cross-progression across hardware platforms. So your progress wouldn't transfer from PC to PlayStation 4, for example. If you're playing on Steam and Origin you're still on the PC platform, so your progress would still be there.

You can link up your Steam account with an existing EA Account. That way you'll keep your account progress once you start playing through Steam.

Sorry, it's unlikely, as you mention most of the packs come with the BPs, and aren't intended to return. 

I'd like if there were remixes of there character themes in future, myself.

I'm afraid that it's not possible to transfer progress between accounts. The progress on that particular account cannot be moved over to another.

Once the information has been sent, then you'l receive a reply from our ToS team when they were able to review your dispute. When you'll receive a reply depends on when they'll be able to get to your dispute, all I can ask is for your patience.

Yep, I've seen the bad bin referenced a few times. I'm pretty sure it's been tracked for a fix but I'll chase up and make sure.
