Hi, the level 100 grant of coins is on the free track of items, and had been earned before you bought the BP. 

The full paid BP gives 1k coins total (900 on the paid track, 100 on the free track), so this is working as intended. When you bought the Premium BP it gave all the unlocked items, as well as the 9x100 coin rewards that are earned along the way to 100.

Hey @Wumboui,

 

I'm afraid there isn't an alternate route to have bans looked into aside from submitting an appeal to the Terms of Service (TOS) team, as they base those decisions on what can be verified in our records and have the final say in those matters.

 

That said, you're more than welcome to submit another appeal and someone else from the TOS team will do a fresh investigation to see if something was missed that could get you back into the account here.

 

If you haven't already, please reach out to an advisor again and they'll send this back up to the TOS team to be reviewed.

@Nzhaer7 Aye in some earlier seasons the comic progression had to be manually earned, but this was changed so that they just unlock on a timer.

@JTV145 Yep, there's a mixup here. You got the pack on April 12th when you received the charm and skin. 

It wasn't a particularly exciting one, a common Gibby skin, a rare for the 3030 and a common Wattson quip.

Hello, @Camkieee 

 

You'll need to contact an advisor to ask if this can be replaced. Typically, when a code is obtained from a 3rd party like Amazon, they would be responsible for replacing it if you're not getting what the code is supposed to supply.

I can definitely understand you'd want to take every possible avenue to try and get an account back, especially one that you've invested so much time into.

 

There is not a way to speak with the TOS team directly, as they take some time to fully investigate each appeal before making a decision. That includes going through our records for the account activity that led to an action and the history of the account as well.

Wireless is the biggest reason we see for lag and disconnects. When we have problems on our side, we make an announcement about it. In order to rule out any issues with your connection, we need to go through testing.

It's possible you received this skin, but when the rollback occurred, it went to at a time before the skin was received. Unfortunately, we're not able to replace them in this case.

Cosmetics won't go missing for updating the email address on your EA account so something else happened there. Can you walk me through what happened and what you mean by 'switching' to clarify that? Did you switch the EA accounts linked to your consoles by unlinking and relinking to a different EA account?
