Resetting your password is a good first step if you suspect someone else may have had access to the account, but you'll need to follow the full steps listed above if you'd like to appeal this action.

 

The ban history does not display all types of account actions, so please be sure to keep following the steps under the How do I appeal my lock, ban, or suspension? section in the link above to actually create an appeal.

Only our Terms of Service team is able to investigate and take action on account bans or suspensions.

Issues with one game does not mean it is not connection @Stretchonutcho. It's all about bandwidth and if you are seeing issues then it can only be evident in one game.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your Apex coins to be added to your account. If you still don't have them after 24 hours, I recommend gathering the relevant proof of purchse, and then reaching out to our live support team for assistance.

The account you're posting from now was indeed created within the past few days.

 

If you've been playing for years, that would be under a different account.

 

If you've only used a single email, it may be the case that your account's email was changed, then you created a new one with the same email when you tried logging in again recently.

 

In any of these cases you'll need to contact support to help recover or update the account information, as we cannot make any changes here on the forums. Thanks!
