You would not have this season's badge update by next week, no.

 

Badges for this season would be awarded the first time you log into the game next season.

 

Since they're awarded based on your highest rank, we don't give them out during the season as your rank may still change before the end. Standard smile

Hi @Darrio656,

Just to clarify, is this a ranked badge for a previous season, or are you saying the current season badge has not updated as you've gone up in rank?

 

Keep in mind badges are awarded at the end of a season based on your highest rank achieved during the season. They do not update live during the season.

@Guglibugli There are a few ways to try to resolve this one!

 

  • EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
  • EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)

Delete Windows Temp Files

  • First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
  • Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
  • Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
  • Delete everything it allows you to delete
  • Reboot the PC

While I understand you'd want to check every possible avenue, the only ones able to review or change an account ban would be our Terms of Service team. I'm afraid there is not another avenue to have a ban looked into further.

 

When it comes to actions applied for cheating for example, we'd be able to share the category of what took place and some general examples of what may qualify, but we wouldn't be able to provide any specific program names that resulted in the action being taken.
