Hey folks, Thanks yall for reporting this here. We have tested it here on our end and gifting the BP and store content looks to be fine for progressing the challenges.
Just to clarify, gifting the Battle Pass only counts once towards the challenge, so sending it 2-3x to friends doesn't give you 3 points towards the 6 needed to complete.

While you're certainly not expected to remember everything, we do expect the account owner to be able to provide certain details about an account, including some things that should never change such as the date of birth of the registered account owner.
Ultimately, if our support team cannot verify enough information about an account, for security reasons they will not be able to make changes.

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. To be clear, your account was not hacked by EA, but it certainly appears someone had access to your login information and had made some changes in the past. Our support team actually locked the account to prevent further changes from occurring until we could verify the proper account owner. This is why you weren't able to make additional changes to the account.
