Hey @UnbrandedCookie.
I'm afraid we don't really have a way to merge two PSN accounts together in that way. Unfortunately those accounts would have to remain separate.

Hey @Zevran25.
If you're missing content on your account the best thing to do would be reaching out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. Unfortunately that isn't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ.
For more details on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA H...

Is this happening when you're getting invites from people on your friends list, or is it just when someone tries to invite you to squad up after a game? Also, are you playing on Xbox or PC?

Hey all.
I know these crashes have been really frustrating for everyone who has been affected by this. I just wanted to pop in here and mention that we're working with NVIDIA to address the issue. It might require an update to the game or a new NVIDIA driver, but the right folks are currently investigating this.
For more info check out the Season 4 update notes:

Do you have Apex Legends installed on the same drive as the Origin client, or is it in on a different storage device? If it's on a different drive, would it be possible to move it over to the same drive as Origin? I've seen some cases where having a game and the Origin client on different drives can cause some weird issues.
Let me know if that makes any difference at all.
Thanks!

Ah, I see. Have you had a chance to try running through any sort of troubleshooting at all since the skin was removed? You might need to reinstall the game itself to see if that helps. It seems like it might be storing that data somewhere that it can't update to show that you don't have the skin.
/Kent
If you're still getting the Game Logic errors it might be due to missing or corrupted data in the game installation itself. If you have Apex Legends installed on an external hard drive, try moving it to your device's internal drive instead.
Reinstalling the game might also help with this as well. I know that can be time consuming, but I'd recommend giving it a shot when you can. Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Thanks for following up on this everyone.
We're currently tracking the issues that a lot of people have been reporting regarding party invites. The Apex Legends team is currently investigating.
In the meantime the workaround would be to add someone to your friends list if you want to invite them. It should let you send or accept an invite if you're friends.
Thanks!

Can you please try the following and let us know if that helps, thanks.

Did you have a chance to try running through any of the steps I suggested? Are you still getting that same Game Logic error that you mentioned?

Were you able to try running through any of the steps I linked? Are you still seeing the Game Logic error?
/Kent
I'm sorry to hear that you were told that. We don't have the ability to assist with missing content here. Do you have a case number? I'll see what we can do to forward this up and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Hey @herRedLeftHand.
In some cases this error can pop up due to a corrupted or missing system file. The anti-cheat might be catching this and flagging it as a possible security violation. When you have a chance I'd recommend checking out the Microsoft System Files Checker to see if that helps with this at all. It might be able to find the file in question and fix it.
You can find more info on how to run the file checker over at the ...

Let's see if we can help fix that here. First, do you have the game installed on an external hard drive? If so, can you try moving it to your console's internal drive to see if that helps?
I've also seen cases where reinstalling the game can help with errors like this. There might be something missing or corrupted in the game data, so a reinstall may help.
Let me know how it goes when you have the chance. Thanks!

Hi @Maxcillius.
Let's take a look and see if we can help out with that. When you've got a chance would you mind clearing out your Origin cache to see if that helps at all? If there's something corrupted in the Origin installation that might help.
For more info on how you can clear out the cache check out the ...
Read moreUnfortunately that's not the case. We cannot assist with something like this here on Answers HQ. You would need to verify proof of purchase with the EA Help team for them to look into this further. If you're able to provide the proof of purchase they request of you, then they should be able to investigate this further.
Please follow up with them as soon as you can.
