On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help much. We can't look into them and we can't lift them. The Terms of Service exclusively handle those cases. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.

The Terms of Service team review the account when an appeal goes in to see if the rules were broken or if there's been some sort of a mix up with the ban.  It sounds like they've looked into this a few times for you already going by what you've shared, and each time confirmed the ban is remaining in place. 

Ultimately, there are only so many times the same information can be reviewed while hoping for a different outcome, however so there is a limit on the amount of appeals that can be sent in for the same ban review, and if the appeals aren't getting any more responses it'd suggest you've re...

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
