The ranked rewards were changed back to what it used to be in previous seasons. Your end-of-season rewards will now be determined by the highest Rank tier you achieved during the entire season.

As the mobile game has been delisted this would mean that it is unlikely to be brought back.
We can pass your feedback on to the team but would ask that you not get your hopes up.
If gaming is having a negative effect on your health there is no harm in taking a break.

To clarify, it is not possible to transfer your game progress between different accounts. If your Steam account was previously linked to another EA account, the progress will not transfer over if you will link it to another EA account.
The number of platform accounts you can link and unlink with your EA account is limited. Once you have connected your accounts, you will be unable to disconnect your Steam account for six months.
