While I understand you're saying this was a result of mistranslating a Korean phrase, looking back over the account I do see an email was sent 3 days ago showing the exact language that resulted in the most recent account action.

Typically speaking our Terms of Service team would not remove a ban if the activity was confirmed to be coming from this account, regardless of who may have been behind the keyboard at the time. Since you would be responsible for any activity that takes place on your account, that would be why we aren't able to assist in situations involving account sharing.
