I don't suppose you have multiple drives in your PC? If so, you will want to make sure that Ubisoft Connect and the game itself are both installed on the same one. Ideally they would both be installed on the same drive as Windows, but that part is less important.

Hey there @ImBadDontCare, sorry I'm late! Just to check, can you recall roughly when this crash started occurring?

Also, I noticed that you have an Nvidia GPU and I am aware of one workaround that players have confirmed to help with similar technical issues. It might be a long shot, but can you try reverting your driver version to 516.59 or earlier? (This is just temporary and if you don't see an improvement you can update your driver again) If you don't mind, please test rolling back your driver and let me know if you see any difference. Running Windows Update will install the latest versions of DirectX and .NET Framework that are compatible with your operating system.

Hi there @RAKANQAQ, just to check are the missing operators just MIA? It's possible that they were captured in a previous mission and you'll have to rescue them in-game in order to recover any XP gained with that operator.
